• Initial Enquiry & Booking

  6–12 months before
  – Get in touch via email and see if there is a good fit
  – We’ll confirm availability for your date

• Getting to know you

  3 – 6 months before

  – We’ll have a consultation (in person or online) to learn your story, vibe, and ideas for your ceremony.
  – You’ll fill out a Pre‑Wedding Form.
  – Begin drafting a personalized ceremony script

• Legal Paperwork

  1 – 3 months before

  – We’ll guide you through submitting your Notice of Intended Marriage (and other legal documents).
  – Finalize witness details and any special rituals

• Ceremony Draft

  4-6 weeks before

  – Receive a draft of your ceremony for review.
  – Make any edits and adjustments until it feels just right.

• Final Details and Rehearsals

  1-2 weeks before

  Final review of the script and timeline.
  – Optional rehearsal to walk through the ceremony and coordinate with venue, photographer, and other vendors.

• The Big Day!

  I’ll arrive early to set up and coordinate.
  – Deliver your personalized ceremony.
  – Ensure all legal documents are signed and submitted.

• After the Ceremony

  – I lodge your marriage documents with Births, Deaths, and Marriages.
  – You can relax and enjoy your first moments as a married couple!
